What we sell
Portal subscriptions, eligibility scoring, recognition assessments, video consulting and premium relocation packages. All of these are digital services; nothing is shipped.

Prices
All prices are in euro (EUR) and include statutory VAT.
The portal subscription price depends on the income level of the country resolved from your IP address. The other packages are priced by the profile segment you select.
Leave your email address at checkout and one package is 5% cheaper.
Payment
Payment is taken by bank transfer. The account details are not published on the site: choosing bank transfer sends the IBAN, BIC and your payment reference by email.
We do not collect, store or process card details.
Please put your email address and the name of the package in the transfer reference — that is how we match the payment to your account.
Delivery and activation
Once the payment has arrived and been verified, the package is activated on your account and we notify you by email.
Video consulting appointments are scheduled by email after activation.
Right of withdrawal and refunds
As a consumer you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract for digital services.
If you expressly request that we begin before the withdrawal period ends and confirm that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, that right ends once the service has been fully performed.

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).
